Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience delivering end-to-end Gong, HubSpot, and RevOps implementations.
Strong project management and technical implementation skills with a track record of on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical configurations and collaborate with revenue leaders to optimize revenue technology stacks.
Eligibility to work remotely from approved regions (Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, European Union, Philippines, Mexico, India) and availability to work with significant overlap with US Eastern Time.

Requirements:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and own the full lifecycle of implementation projects from discovery and solution design to deployment, testing, and transition to ongoing support for Gong, HubSpot, and related RevOps systems.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams (consultants, developers, RevOps strategists) to deliver integrations and configurations on time and according to best practices.
Collaborate with revenue leaders to translate business objectives into technical configurations and ensure solutions meet client goals and KPIs.
Ensure successful knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition to ongoing support post-implementation, with post-go-live optimization.

Due to platform security policies associated with Gong implementations, candidates must currently reside and work from one of the following regions:

Working Hours

This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must be able to work with significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support client collaboration, meetings, and implementation activities.

Role Overview

The Technical Software Implementation Manager is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end client implementations of Gong, HubSpot, and related RevOps systems.
