Design Manager (English–Chinese Bilingual)

We are assisting an innovative and fast-growing company in the online gaming sector in the search for a Design Manager to join their team. The role is fully remote, with the possibility to relocate to one of the company’s offices in the future if desired.

Responsibilities

Product Design: Design end-to-end product experiences, including information architecture, user flows, interaction logic, and visual branding.

Marketing Visuals: Create marketing materials such as banner ads, social media graphics, promotional visuals, videos, and animated content.

Motion Design: Develop engaging game interfaces, motion effects, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and strengthen brand identity.

Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior and product objectives to improve user journeys, increasing satisfaction and conversion rates.

Design System: Build and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.

Requirement Alignment: Partner with product leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure design outputs align with business goals.

Design Presentation: Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on solutions where necessary.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 years of design experience within online gambling or betting platforms.

Core Skills: Strong expertise in UI, UX, and visual design, with a keen eye for visual consistency and user experience.

Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Midjourney or Nano Banana.

Languages: Must be fully fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified Chinese) across speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Nice to Have

Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with Western crypto casino design styles and UX standards.

Experience designing interfaces for original games, Live Casino, or Sportsbook products.

Experience with video or animation tools such as After Effects or Rive.
