  • Own end-to-end tech recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate presentation to Business Managers, leveraging AI-powered tools
  • Proactively source talent, assess technical and cultural fit, and present shortlists that Business Managers can confidently take to clients
  • Manage multiple roles (typically 5-10) across different tech stacks and seniorities, while maintaining a high-quality pipeline and interview notes
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to align on client needs, manage feedback, optimize approach, and close hires with strong candidate presentations

Please note that this is a remote position but it requires the candidate to be based in Portugal.



What you'll actually be doing:

You'll own end-to-end tech recruitment processes, working with AI-powered tools that help you work smarter and faster. This isn't about "filling reqs" or being an order-taker. You'll proactively identify talent, assess fit (both technical and cultural), and present shortlists to Business Managers that they can confidently take to clients.

The difference? You'll use AI to help you match candidates more accurately, manage interview notes, keep your pipeline constantly filled, and make better decisions faster - while you focus on the human side: building relationships, evaluating fit, and closing hires.


Your day-to-day:

  • Own your recruitment processes - from sourcing tech talent to final candidate presentation to Business Managers
  • Use AI to work smarter - tools that help you match candidates faster, manage interview insights, and keep your pipeline constantly filled
  • Work directly with Business Managers - align on client needs, present candidates, manage feedback, adjust approach
  • Source actively - find talent where others aren't looking (AI-assisted, not just posting jobs and waiting)
  • Prepare strong candidate presentations - BMs need to trust your shortlists when they go to clients
  • Optimize as you go - spot patterns in what works, adjust your approach, improve conversion rates
  • Manage multiple processes - typically 5-10 active roles across different tech stacks and seniority levels

What we're looking for in you:

Essential:

  • 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition (ideally tech-focused, but strong generalist recruiters with interest in tech are welcome
  • Degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Fluent English - you'll work with Business Managers who serve international client

  • Phase 2 - Practical Exercise Real scenario
  • Phase 3 - Careers Team Interview
  • Phase 4 - Final Interview with Head of Business, for final validation and hiring decision.
