Champion the Havenpark operating model, seamlessly integrating newly acquired communities through the successful execution of 100-day plans.
Own the financial health of your portfolio, maintaining positive NOI through diligent oversight of community P&Ls, annual budgets, and capital projects.
Lead the charge in sales and leasing, understanding pipeline metrics and implementing initiatives to drive consistent, positive results.
Ensure every community reflects our commitment to excellence by overseeing curb appeal, vendor management, and rehabilitation projects to the highest standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Inspire, coach, and develop your direct reports—On-Site Community Managers and Sales & Leasing personnel—to reach their full potential.
