How you will make an impact: 

This position is a dual role, responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data, and designing/maintaining informative dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.    

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
  • Hands-on experience executing parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation.
  • Strong excel experience.
  • Experience working with senior living, healthcare or hospitality workforces, preferred.
  • Familiarity with union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules, preferred.
  • Familiarity with PEOs, preferred.
  • UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP), preferred.
  • Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks, preferred.
