Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and experience creating engaging marketing content. This role will primarily focus on graphics design for marketing assets, while also supporting UI/UX design and video editing tasks when required.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and company assets, while also creating UI/UX designs when needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality social media posts, visual campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Create marketing collateral, including whitepapers, e-books, brochures, banners, and print materials.
  • Edit and produce short videos and visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and design UI/UX design tasks, including website page layouts and user journey improvements when required.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all platforms and assets.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative solutions to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Graphics Design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Miro
  • Solid understanding of user journey principles
  • Experience with video editing tools for social media content.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert them into impactful visual assets.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance design efficiency and workflow.
