3-5 years of backend software development experience with Java and/or Python.
Strong experience with Spring Boot (Java) and Django/Flask (Python), RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB), plus messaging/streaming (Kafka) and caching (Redis).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, Agile methodologies, and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest); ability to pass a coding test.

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Python, Spring Boot or Django/Flask, and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment; participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis, and containerized deployments on AWS/Azure using Docker/Kubernetes.
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliable production operations; write unit tests (JUnit, PyTest) and contribute to documentation; complete coding assessments as required.
