Requirements:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX and product designers; manage design tasks, priorities, and delivery timelines; conduct design reviews and provide strategic guidance to ensure consistency and quality; support designers in solving complex product challenges and maturing design practice.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering to translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences; participate in product architecture discussions to embed experience considerations early; identify and resolve usability gaps and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders to understand product vision and goals; lead design presentations, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews; translate complex business needs into effective product experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager / Product Experience Lead to drive the design vision, strategy, and execution across enterprise digital products. This role will lead the UI/UX function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms while aligning design initiatives with product strategy and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a design leader, strategist, and operator who can manage design teams, collaborate across departments, engage with enterprise clients, and ensure design excellence across complex digital ecosystems.

This role plays a critical part in bridging business goals, product strategy, and user experience, ensuring that digital products are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.



Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Experience Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall UI/UX strategy across multiple digital products and client engagements.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • Lead the complete product design lifecycle, including research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability validation.
  • Establish scalable design systems, interaction standards, and design governance frameworks.


Design Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence.
  • Assign and manage design tasks, priorities, and delivery timelines across projects.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide strategic guidance to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support designers in solving complex product challenges and improving design maturity.


Product & Engineering Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
  • Participate in product architecture discussions to ensure experience considerations are embedded early in the development lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve usability gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and product experience issues.


Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage directly with enterprise clients and key stakeholders to understand product vision, user requirements, and business goals.
  • Lead design presentations, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, effective product experiences.


UX Research & Experience Optimization

  • Lead usability testing, user research, and experience analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data and user insights to enhance product usability, engagement, and performance.
  • Continuously optimize product interfaces based on user behavior and feedback.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support design-led proposals, product demonstrations, and solution conceptualization.
  • Work with Marketing teams to design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and digital experiences.
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure design contributes to organizational growth and product success.


Innovation & Experience Excellence

  • Drive innovation through modern UX methodologies, emerging technologies, and design experimentation.
  • Introduce improvements in interaction models, visual systems, and product usability.
  • Promote a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement across teams.


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design for complex digital products
  • Deep understanding of product design strategy and user-centered design frameworks
  • Proven experience leading design teams and managing design operations
  • Expertise in design systems, usability testing, and UX research
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset


Tools & Technologies

  • Figma (Design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • UX research and usability testing tools
  • Collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Notion


Qualifications
