Role: Associate Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Project Manager who is comfortable interfacing between technical, business, and client teams to join our growing delivery organization.The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of skills in project management, Agile development methodologies, business analysis, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
The role requires someone who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end IT projects with confidence and precision. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements. These typically involve end-to-end product engineering squads that either deliver client projects directly or augment internal client capabilities. Engagements often start small and expand into larger, multi-team deliveries with effective leadership and successful outcomes.
This role also involves building best practices, mentoring teams, and contributing to the overall growth of our India Development Centre. The right candidate will act as a bridge between technical and business functions while maintaining a strong client-facing presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Lead, coach, and guide project team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Conduct post-project evaluations, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are documented and shared.
Actively contribute to the development of Integrella’s project management best practices and delivery excellence frameworks.
Requirements
