  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake calls with hiring managers, executing advanced sourcing strategies, and closing offers
  • Drive, mentor, and collaborate with a high-performing talent acquisition team to meet hiring goals
  • Strategically review and qualify candidates sourced by the team to ensure only the best reach the interview stage; optimize ATS/CRM usage
  • Utilize analytics to measure team performance, track key recruitment metrics, inform hiring strategies, and proactively manage bottlenecks and conflicts

We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and data-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our internal hiring efforts. In this role, you will be the strategic engine behind our talent acquisition process, driving a high-performing team while directly and indirectly managing the qualification and closing of top-tier candidates. You would be a natural leader with exceptional people skills and a knack for creative problem-solving. 


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Senior Talent Acquisition, specifically focused on end-to end recruitment. 
  • Drive, mentor, and collaborate with a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Strategically review and qualify candidates sourced by the team to ensure only the best make it to the interview stage.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including leading comprehensive intake calls with hiring managers, executing advanced sourcing strategies, and closing offers.
  • Deep expertise navigating and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Zoho, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Provide seamless experience for candidates, ensuring relationships are managed with the utmost professionalism.
  • A dedicated, proactive professional with outstanding people skills who thrives in both independent work and collaborative team environments.
  • Work independently with high self-motivation to ensure all recruitment tasks and timelines are met efficiently.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to measure team performance, track key recruitment metrics, and use data to inform hiring strategies and decisions.​
  • Proactively manage bottlenecks, handle conflict management with tact, and apply creative problem-solving to overcome hiring challenges.
