Hiring Manager (Global HR Support)

📍 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Fasset is building a global financial infrastructure that connects emerging markets to the digital asset economy. As we expand across Asia, the Middle East, and other high-growth regions, we are looking for a Hiring Manager based in Malaysia to support global HR and recruitment initiatives across the organisation.


This role will work closely with and report directly to the Head of HR based in Dubai, supporting hiring and HR coordination across multiple jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across technology, compliance, operations, and business teams
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with candidate screening and help ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring across multiple jurisdictions


Global HR Coordination

  • Support HR matters across key markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE, Pakistan, and other expansion jurisdictions
  • Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation
  • Coordinate HR records and employee files across regional teams
  • Support HR initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement


HR Operations

  • Maintain HR databases, hiring trackers, and internal HR documentation
  • Assist with preparation of employment contracts and HR administrative matters
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams on HR-related processes
  • Support internal HR reporting and headcount tracking


Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
  • Experience hiring for global fintech, technology, or financial services roles is advantageous
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, especially across distributed teams
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Reporting Line

This role reports to the Head of HR based in Dubai and works closely with global leadership and hiring managers.


Location

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting Fasset’s global team.
