Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract, full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).   
Location: Remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries).       

  

Whom we’re looking for?   

As an Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Assurance Team Leader and Global Assurance Manager to assess the effectiveness of key 2LoD controls under the Compliance Monitoring Plan. You will engage with stakeholders, conduct sample testing, and help foster a culture of risk management and quality across the business. 


Principal Accountabilities:  

Assess the design adequacy and operational effectiveness of AML and 2LoD controls to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices. 
— Perform sample testing to challenge existing processes, identify improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance control efficiency.
— Partner with relevant stakeholders to promote the understanding and importance of efficient processes.
— Stay informed about regulatory, procedural, and product changes, integrating relevant updates into the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
— Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sample tests to identify areas for improvement.
— Work closely with the Assurance Team to address both regulatory requirements and business needs. 

 

Skills required:  

— Minimum 6 months in Quality Assurance, AML, Anti-Fraud, or Compliance roles.
— Experience with assessment tools like SumSub, Onfido, Chainalysis, Checkout, Elliptic, Jira, PowerBI, or Amplitude is a plus.
— Ability to analyze complex data, metrics, and assessments effectively.
— Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
— High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
