The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Field Service Representative to support customers across North East England and Yorkshire. In this role, you’ll deliver expert service, training, and technical support to ensure customers get the best performance from our cleaning and hygiene solutions.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on-site, and building strong customer relationships while representing a global leader in hygiene technology.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Provide high-quality service and technical support to key strategic and national accounts
  • Deliver service plans that ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction

Training & Technical Support

  • Conduct on-site training for customer teams on equipment and chemical use
  • Perform site audits to monitor compliance and operational standards
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
  • Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime using remote diagnostics and service tools

Customer Collaboration

  • Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to deliver aligned customer service
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions
  • Maintain accurate service reports and account updates using Salesforce and Excel
