  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred (relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks; exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Build, update, and track customized fielding plans for all projects; proactively seek alternative sample strategies; setup and testing of surveys; prepare updates for PMs and clients.
  • Conduct respondent outreach (confirmation calls/emails) and host market research interviews to ensure interviews are conducted on time and as planned.
  • Assist with project troubleshooting, desk research, and project administration (ordering materials, coordinating with mail vendors); occasional data entry for qualitative projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards across quantitative projects.

Job Description

Role Mission
The mission of the Quantitative Project Manager is to support the Market Research Project Managers with the day-to-day management of market research studies to ensure all projects successfully complete on time and within budget, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

The Project Manager is one of the key team members in the execution of the quantitative project, and is responsible for assisting with field management, coordinating with respondents, vendors, and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Provide support to project managers including, but not limited to:
    • Build, update, and track customized fielding plans for all projects assigned.
    • Proactively seek alternative sample strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach the total sample size required.
    • Setup and testing of surveys
    • Preparing updates for PMs and clients
    • Assisting with project troubleshooting
    • Desk research
  • Respondent outreach, including confirmation calls, and emails to participants in market research surveys or web-assisted telephone interviews,
  • Hosting market research interviews for our clients, and ensuring interviews are conducted on time and as planned,
  • Assist with project administrative tasks, which may require the ordering and organizing of study materials, and coordination with mail vendors,
  • While this position will primarily be working on Quantitative research project, there may be occasional data entry/updating for Qualitative projects, as well as other administrative tasks that are required,
  • As part of job responsibilities, you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must– both verbal and written
  • Strong skillset with Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
  • Ability to help manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast- paced environment, where deadlines can be moved, and other changes often occur in real time.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.

Additional Information

Should be willing to work in night shifts (US Shift)
