We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience—from scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding and helping streamline our recruiting operations. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure every hire reflects our company values and high bar for talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for candidate interviews across time zones, departments, and seniority levels.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and an excellent experience throughout the process.

  • Own and maintain accuracy in our ATS (Ashby) — tracking candidates, updating job postings, and generating recruiting reports.

  • Support background check initiation.

  • Help optimize recruiting operations by improving workflows, documentation, and templates.

  • Partner to support onboarding logistics for new hires.

  • Assist in recruiting projects such as employer branding, career page updates, and event coordination.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination role (startup experience a big plus).

  • Excellent communication, speed, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift quickly.

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Ashby.

  • A candidate-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
