Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Relationship Management & Operations Associate to take on significant responsibilities for our corporate team, reporting directly to our Director of the Corporate Practice. In this position, you will:

  • Facilitate and help deliver work product directly to clients.
  • Serve as point of contact to the firm’s top corporate accounts, and provide strategic insight into ways to deliver excellence for our corporate clients around the world.
  • Manage marketing trips and client events, create and prepare presentations, review logistics and coordinate with the internal and external teams. 
  • Facilitate proposals and prepare engagement letters for new clients and projects. 
  • Accurately maintain information in our CRM database and create actionable reports. 
  • Build relationships with contacts at organizations by identifying pain points and proactively identifying how to address.  
  • Organize and reconcile client legal and compliance documents. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, including coordinating schedules and diverse client needs. 
  • Ability to be coalition-building both internally and externally
  • Interest in both policy and regulations in Washington, DC as well as the financial markets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRM knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
  • Relevant work and/or internship experience
  • High academic achievement
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $65,000-$80,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool. 

This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
