JetInsight's best-in-class quoting and fleet management software helps aircraft charter operators run and grow safer, more efficient, and more profitable businesses. We work with hundreds of operators across the US and are building the world's largest network of on-demand aircraft.

We’re looking for a full-time Operator Support Associate (Customer Support Associate) to join our high-performing and fast-paced support team. You will serve as a trusted advocate and resource for our customers and strive to maintain JetInsight’s reputation for the best customer service satisfaction in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Solving client issues via all channels including chat, email, and phone
  • Becoming a cross-functional team player by partnering with our Customer Success and sales teams
  • Being the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
  • Helping to improve the customer experience while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun team environment
  • Some after hours and weekend work will be required
