About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives on ownership, technical excellence, and solving complex problems. This isn’t just another coding role—it’s a chance to shape product direction, influence architectural decisions, and build solutions that matter.
You’ll work directly with the founder, making high-impact technical decisions and contributing to the long-term strategy of the product and the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-stack development of enterprise applications from concept to deployment
Take full ownership of features, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks such as tRPC
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL + Prisma or Drizzle ORM)
Implement secure authentication and authorization systems
Develop real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architecture
Write comprehensive tests to maintain high-quality code standards
Identify and solve critical issues proactively before they impact the product
You Are
5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and modern React
Strong expertise in Next.js with an emphasis on SEO optimization
Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, and TailwindCSS
Skilled in building secure and maintainable code following best practices
Able to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and manage complex projects independently
Experienced with REST APIs, async flows, and error handling
Hands-on with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Bonus Points If You
Have production experience with TanStack Query and tRPC
Worked with modern authentication solutions like Better Auth
Built WebSocket-based real-time applications
Used Zustand or similar state management libraries
Have cloud platform experience (AWS, Vercel, Railway) and serverless architecture
Understand Docker, containerization, microservices, and distributed systems
Built or maintained design systems and component libraries
