Senior Fullstack (Go+React) Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack (Go+React) Engineer:

👥 Customer Description:

Our Client is a leading global management consulting firm widely recognized worldwide. Hundreds of global enterprises across finance, media, technology, and public sectors rely on the Client’s platforms and services.

🧩 Project Description:

The project is a proprietary platform that enhances interactions with external network service providers, enabling consultants to identify and interview industry experts for research purposes.

It includes capabilities such as vendor querying, transcript review from previous calls, expert discovery, scheduling, call management, and browsing of current project materials.

The platform is designed to deliver faster, higher-quality insights within a secure environment.

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Strong programming skills in Go and JavaScript (Node.js and React)

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization

• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and 12-Factor App methodology

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Git-based workflows

• Proficiency in designing, consuming, and securing RESTful APIs

• Good understanding of software design principles, testing frameworks, and maintainable code practices

✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and basic infrastructure setup

• Familiarity with Redis and message queues

• Experience with frontend optimization, responsive UI, and state management frameworks

• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration

• Awareness of security, authentication, and performance monitoring best practices

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Go, Python, JavaScript (React), and Postgres/MongoDB

• Build and deploy microservice-based architectures aligned with 12-Factor App principles

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flows between backend and frontend components

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and code quality practices

• Support deployment and operations on cloud platforms with focus on reliability and performance

• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system health, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
