The Role: Candidate Resourcer

This role focuses on the strategic sourcing and engagement of Analysts and Associates across global investment banks. You will play a critical role in mapping the North American banking landscape, identifying passive talent, and delivering insight-led candidate packs for high-value mandates. This position is ideal for a detail-driven headhunter with deep curiosity about the financial markets and a polished communication style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring a minimum of 2 years experience in candidate-led or research-based recruitment
  • Proactively headhunt passive talent from elite banking firms globally
  • Conduct screening calls to assess both technical credibility and motivations
  • Build and maintain detailed market maps with focus on the North American investment banking market
  • Identify business development leads through candidate conversations
  • Write high-quality candidate reports and shortlist packs tailored to sophisticated clients
  • Keep the internal database updated with meticulous accuracy

About You

  • 2+ years experience in headhunting, executive search, or research-driven recruitment
  • Exposure to banking or professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of investment banking terminology and deal cycles
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with senior candidates
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
  • Comfortable working UK/US hours (9–6)
