We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to support large-scale Merch Services initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between internal execution teams and merchant partners, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while aligning with broader business objectives.

This role requires someone who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders, merchant partners, and field leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills to translate operational work into strategic outcomes.

You will act as the voice of the project for merchant partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment across teams, and successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant partners and senior leadership, building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead project kickoff meetings, recurring status updates, and post-implementation reviews with cross-functional teams, field partners, and leadership.

• Translate project execution data into clear, executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and merchant stakeholders.

• Own the end-to-end project timeline, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery.

• Partner closely with internal execution teams to ensure merchant requirements are clearly understood and projects are delivered successfully.

• Manage cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between merchant goals, operational execution, and business priorities.

• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, resolving scope, delivery, or stakeholder challenges while maintaining project momentum.

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization by identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration, reporting, and project execution.
