  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans

Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in women's reproductive mental health. What you'll do
  • As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 28-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
  • Available to work during standard business hours:  8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 24 client appointments per week
  • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
  • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
  • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

  • Who you are
  • Independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • California Residency requirement
