Requirements:

  • Lead project delivery from post-sales handoff through final implementation and closeout, including detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate site readiness, installation timelines, commissioning activities, and RF site surveys for wireless and RF infrastructure deployments
  • Facilitate kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders; manage change orders, risks, and scope adjustments
  • Coordinate design and implementation for in-building cellular and Public Safety booster systems, DAS, Private LTE, enterprise Wi-Fi, and related wired infrastructure; ensure post-installation validation testing

Responsibilities

  • Support the mission, vision, and values of Powernet

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead project delivery from post-sales handoff through final implementation and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate site readiness, installation timelines, and commissioning activities for wireless and RF infrastructure deployments.
  • Facilitate project kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage change orders, project risks, and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Wireless Solution Coordination

  • Coordinate design and implementation efforts for:
    • In-building cellular and Public Safety booster systems
    • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
    • Private LTE (pLTE) networks
    • Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
    • Structured cabling supporting wireless infrastructure
  • Schedule and oversee site surveys, RF surveys, and post-installation validation testing.
  • Collaborate with RF and Network Engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance and compliance standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary communication point for customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and third-party installers to ensure proper execution and scheduling alignment.
  • Provide regular project status updates and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Track project budgets, monitor labor utilization, and identify cost risks.
  • Support subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance oversight.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, RF documentation, and installation records.
  • Support quality assurance reviews to validate system performance and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Service Management and NOC teams to support smooth project transitions into managed services and support operations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice development across wireless and engineering teams.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing construction, telecommunications, or wireless infrastructure projects.
  • Experience coordinating multi-vendor or subcontractor project environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to develop advanced wireless and RF solution knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer project sites.
Salary Description
$100,000-$115,000
