  • Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to Law Enforcement, Correctional Facilities, and Government Customers; meet their needs through consultative selling and product demonstrations
  • Achieve assigned quota through a consultative sales approach, including demonstrations of Pre-Hospital products and programs, and manage pricing and orders
  • Become the Emergency Care expert for a sophisticated audience of law enforcement officials, government officials, and medical directors; leverage product and competitor knowledge to build credibility
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative approach, focusing on problem-solving, responsiveness, and on-time, complete, and error-free shipments

Emergency Care LE+ Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Emergency Care products, with a focus on Law Enforcement Plus solutions. You’ll work with a diverse range of products, including Xpedition Powered Stair Chairs, Defibrillators, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Chest Compression systems. This role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders seamlessly. By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts, you’ll position Stryker’s products effectively in the marketplace. You’ll also have the opportunity to exceed sales targets, monitor your performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth and success.

What you will do 

  • Continue experience in sales or law enforcement setting.
  • Work strategically to promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet our Law Enforcement, Correctional Facility, & Government Customers' needs.
  • Achieve your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Law Enforcement and other government account sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations of all related Pre-Hospital products and programs. 
  • Become the resident Emergency Care expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of law enforcement officials, other government officials and medical directors.  Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers. 
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on-time, complete, and error free shipments.
  • Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
  • Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.

What you need 

Required:

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

 

Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 70%
