Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
  • Experience delivering in-home therapy or home-based mental health services
  • Proficiency in delivering therapy via telehealth and in-person sessions
  • Ability to set and manage flexible caseloads (part-time, PRN, or full-time) and schedule around personal obligations

Requirements:

  • Provide in-home therapy to patients dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and addiction
  • Collaborate with clients across age groups—children, teens, adults, and seniors—and tailor treatment to individual needs
  • Select and apply treatment modalities and areas of focus (e.g., EMDR, Play Therapy, Disruptive Behavior, Addiction) based on client needs
  • Offer therapy sessions either via telehealth or face-to-face, and manage appointment scheduling to meet client goals

DIRECT ACCESS is an all age, community based, mental health provider that provides psychiatry, psychotherapy, and care management services to individuals, couples, and families who are working through some of life's most challenging moments.



We are seeking licensed clinical social workers to provide in-home therapy to patients struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and eating or addiction related concerns. We offer a treatment environment that allows you to work a flexible schedule around family, personal, and other professional commitments.
