Job Description

The Sales Agent is accountable for producing sales, marketing, and prospecting to attract and generate new Allstate customers. The Sales Agent is required to generate sales leads through the development of their Centers of Influence network in order to deliver the highest-level plan results and performance metrics.

Compensation

Commissions are highly variable and are directly tied to sales volume. Individuals that are producing at, or close to, sales targets, and have completed all training can expect to earn between $70,000-$120,000.
