Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services) with a track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Native-level Korean language and Business-level English proficiency to collaborate with a global team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and using engagement metrics to back up your sales strategy.
  • Preferred experience in fast-growing startups and/or in EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sectors.

Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle for the Korean market, including target account planning to identify and prioritize high-potential companies.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline from inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Use consultative, value-selling approaches to understand client needs and build relationships with key managers to drive revenue through new deals and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and work directly with senior leaders (C-suite) to secure large, company-wide programs; travel up to 5% for meetings and events.

As we scale our B2B footprint in Korea, we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who will partner with HR leaders and L&D visionaries to build scalable training solutions that empower Korean talent to succeed on the world stage.

Responsibilities

Your role is a blend of hunter, consultant, and strategist. You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for the Korean market:

  • Target Account Planning: Create a clear plan for your region. You will identify the best companies to target and focus your efforts on the most important potential clients for Cambly.

  • Building Your Pipeline: You are responsible for your sales funnel from start to finish. While you will handle incoming leads (inbound), you must also proactively find and contact new accounts (outbound) to meet or exceed your sales goals.

  • Consultative Selling: Use smart questioning and "value-selling" to understand client needs. You will build strong relationships with key managers to help grow our revenue through new deals and upgrades.

  • Networking: Use in-person meetings, events, and conferences to strengthen your relationships with high-level executives.

  • Travel: Be ready to travel up to 5% of the time for meetings and events.

  • Executive Partnerships: Work directly with senior leaders (C-suite) to solve their business problems. Your goal is to get their support for large, company-wide programs.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services preferred) and a track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders.

  • You possess Native-level Korean for the market and Business-level English to collaborate with our global team.

  • You are comfortable with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) and use engagement metrics to back up your sales strategy.

  • You thrive in remote, fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of "owning" a market.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.

  • Experience in the EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sector.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
