Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative – Dutch/German Speakers (Turkey)
📍 Location: Turkey – Remote
💼 Job Description:
We are looking for Dutch or German-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are already based in Turkey. You will join our international team and provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
🧩 Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in Dutch or German (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
🎯 Requirements:
Native or fluent level in Dutch or German
Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Must already be residing in Turkey
