Job description

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Corporate Attorney with a strong background in fund formation and credit. This role is ideal for someone with BigLaw experience who is ready to bring their expertise to a collaborative and dynamic team.

Position Details:

Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Compensation: $260,000 - $280,000 base salary + generous bonus incentives
