Requirements:

  • Complete the 12-month development program with ongoing training and mentorship
  • Originate reverse mortgage loans by engaging retirees to improve retirement income using the company’s sales process
  • Collaborate with consumers, professionals, and internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to generate and close opportunities
  • Build and grow a local mortgage business in the Nashville area with support from brand recognition and resources

  • State/local minimum wage base hourly non-recoverable draw plus commission for the first 12 months while we help you grow your business
