Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
  • Experience providing in-home therapy or community-based mental health services
  • Ability to work with clients across age groups (children, teens, adults, seniors)
  • Comfort delivering both telehealth and in-person sessions with flexible scheduling

Requirements:

  • Provide in-home therapy to individuals, couples, and families addressing depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and addiction
  • Offer telehealth or face-to-face sessions and coordinate flexible scheduling to support part-time, PRN, or full-time caseloads
  • Select and apply treatment modalities and areas (e.g., EMDR, Play Therapy, Disruptive Behavior, Addiction) as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the Direct Access team and families to coordinate care and support treatment goals

DIRECT ACCESS is an all age, community based, mental health provider that provides psychiatry, psychotherapy, and care management services to individuals, couples, and families who are working through some of life's most challenging moments.



We are seeking licensed clinical social workers to provide in-home therapy to patients struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and eating or addiction related concerns. We offer a treatment environment that allows you to work a flexible schedule around family, personal, and other professional commitments.
