Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance their travel experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure a high level of service.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and promotions to assist customers efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for quality improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and provide empathetic support.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
