Job Description
Summary
The Order Logistics Manager is the highest-level leader within the department and is responsible for overseeing workflow, performance, employee development, and service quality. This role monitors team productivity and efficiency, sets and evaluates progress toward department goals, provides guidance to team leads and staff, and resolves escalated issues to maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high-level operational overview of the department’s work, output, and performance.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and address processes or behaviors that create delay, error, or rework.
• Ensure the department’s work product consistently meets quality and customer satisfaction expectations.
• Monitor department metrics to assess workload distribution and productivity.
• Hold team leads and team members accountable for completing assigned
• Review errors and corrective feedback and follow up to resolve root causes.
• Address performance concerns and coach or escalate appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, workflows, or department operations.
• Experience evaluating performance metrics and making data-based decisions.
• Ability to communicate expectations clearly and hold others accountable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error reduction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain workflow organization.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
