Job Description :A Systems Engineer is a multidisciplinary professional who oversees the engineering and management of complex systems throughout their lifecycle. They focus on how components work together as a whole, rather than on individual parts in isolation. Systems Engineers apply systems thinking to design, integrate, and manage complex systems, ensuring they meet specified requirements and function effectively within operational constraints.
As a Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, test and maintain our organization's critical IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliability, client satisfaction, and optimal performance. Working at the intersection of infrastructure and applications, you'll architect robust solutions that support current operations and future growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. This role requires both systems thinking for infrastructure planning and hands-on technical expertise for implementation, testing and troubleshooting. Enterprise Architecture Design– Ability to design scalable, resilient system architectures that align with business objectives and integrate diverse technologies.
Server & Cloud Infrastructure Management – Proficiency with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Network Design & Troubleshooting – Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and ability to diagnose complex connectivity issues.
Automation & Scripting – Capability to develop scripts and automation solutions (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization – Skills to implement monitoring solutions and optimize system performance across the technology stack.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $91,250 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
