About the Role

BOB is building the Bank of Bitcoin, reimagining banking for the Bitcoin age - one platform for swapping, saving, earning, and borrowing on Bitcoin rails. By fusing Bitcoin’s unmatched security with Ethereum’s versatility, BOB’s hybrid chain unlocks real utility for the world’s most important asset. Users can swap BTC into any asset or access DeFi across chains with a single click, powered by Bitcoin intents, and save, lend, or earn securely through native Bitcoin vaults.

As we scale, we’re hiring a Finance Lead to own token treasury and financial operations across multiple entities. You’ll manage token flows, oversee the DAO budget, and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations, while supporting token strategy and market maker relationships. In parallel, you’ll lead crypto and fiat financial operations - including liquidity planning, payroll, compliance, and treasury optimization.

This is a high-ownership role for a structured Web3 finance professional who operates autonomously and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do

Financial Operations & Administration

Own day-to-day financial operations across entities, including expense management, payment processing, payroll review, and ensuring strong internal controls and policy compliance.
Oversee all fiat and crypto accounts from an operational perspective, managing liquidity for payroll and operational needs, and maintaining accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Cryptio) and wallet administration.
Act as the primary liaison with external accountants and financial partners, supporting the preparation, review, and submission of annual financial statements, audits, and regulatory filings.
Drive treasury optimization from a capital efficiency standpoint, advising on yield strategies, custody solutions, and risk-managed capital allocation.

Token Treasury & Governance

Own end-to-end token treasury management across all entities, including inflows/outflows, allocations, vesting schedules, and coordination of token movements.
Lead monthly token treasury reporting and reconciliations for the DAO, ensuring accurate tracking and transparent reporting to founders and the COO.
Serve as the primary point of contact for token strategy and market operations, coordinating with market makers and supporting leadership on token-related decisions

Accounting qualification and/or professional background.
