Job Description: The Supply Chain Senior Associate I role is within the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) organization. The DSCT team manages clinical customization for SAP/ ERP processes for Clinical Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality.
Experience with SAP Plan to Stock functionality.
Experience with data query tools such as Cognos.
Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM.
Experience with computerized system validation testing.
Experience with Smartsheet, Copilot.
Experience with process automation, RPA implementation and basic AI functionality.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate or master’s degree and 2 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Must Have Skill Sets:
Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality
Experience with SAP Plan to Stock functionality
Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM
Nice to have:
Reporting tools such as Excel or Cognos.
Ticketing system experience.
Resolving system issues.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Manage DSCT GMP process documents.
Maintain DSCT team dashboard and team meeting agenda using Smartsheet.
Manage Order to Cash weekly issues meetings.
Act as backup owner of the SAP Clinical Portal used to manage shipments to clinical sites and reconciliation of Investigational Product.
Manage end of study reconciliation requests
