Solid understanding of monitoring Server Operating Systems (Windows Server, RHEL)
Solid understanding of WAN concepts and data circuits (T1s, MPLS, VPN/Enterprise VPN, Ethernet, Fiber)
Solid understanding of network devices and their function (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls)
Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux servers on VM platforms
Requirements:
Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux servers on VM platforms
Install, upgrade, maintain, and provide training/documentation for a suite of monitoring tools including SCOM, Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum, DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis, DX NetOps Performance Manager, Dynatrace, and Nexthink
Monitor and manage network and server health using the listed monitoring tools; configure SNMP v3 traps and polling
Automate tasks and enhance monitoring using MS PowerShell; work with SQL and MySQL as needed

Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Networking Config Files, Concepts and Hardware
