Telehealth Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Supervision Role
Sunflower Development Center
Raynham, Massachusetts

Sunflower Development Center is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team in a Telehealth supervisory role. This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys clinical oversight, collaboration, and flexible scheduling while supporting high-quality pediatric therapy services.

This role will provide clinical supervision and treatment planning support for onsite Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTAs) delivering services in our center-based program.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations via telehealth or hybrid format
Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to onsite COTAs implementing therapy sessions
Observe treatment sessions periodically via telehealth to ensure fidelity of intervention
Review documentation and provide clinical recommendations
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team including BCBAs and other providers
Ensure services meet professional, ethical, and payer standards

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
Experience working with pediatric population
Experience supervising COTAs preferred but not required
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
