Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing top-tier client service.
  • Implement, schedule, and monitor omnichannel campaigns; coordinate the creation of marketing plans and enter client project specifications into the project management database, tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Review and approve mockups per client standards; perform quality control on all project aspects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and client account status are accurate.
  • Manage weekly client status reports and coordinate client meetings; communicate updates, SOP changes, and client specifications to internal teams.

Account Coordinator/Executive

Job Summary

The role of an Account Coordinator/Executive is to ensure the successful execution of the assigned client’s omnichannel marketing plan. They also provide support to Directors and Account Managers. This position works with all internal company departments including production, sales, graphic design, data processing, digital, media, and accounting. The Account Coordinator/Executive ensures all aspects of the projects conform to client specifications and are delivered on time and with quality, in accordance with the client’s omnichannel direct marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing top client service
  • Implement, schedule, and monitor campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of omnichannel direct marketing plans and enter client project specifications into the company’s project management database as well as track completion of project milestones and deliverables
  • Management of weekly client status report
  • Review and approve mockups (per client standards)
  • Communicate file processing specifications
  • Validate data segmentation and counts against plan projections
  • Check seed records
  • Monitor schedules and changes as necessary
  • Communicate updates/changes in client specifications – standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings (face-to-face/conference calls – as needed)
  • Assist the account management team and the client partners with client meeting agendas and recaps
  • Perform quality control on all aspects of each project, creating client service agreements, checking invoice reports for accuracy, tracking project progress, creating, and tracking timelines, and reviewing client account status
  • Work with all internal departments including the creative team, production team, data team, and account management team to assure all client projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Enter client project specifications into the company’s project management database as well as track completion of project milestones and deliverables
  • Enters information into RKD technology and systems for instructions, workflows, tracking, and solutions
  • Partner with clients to act as an internal advocate for their work within the agency

Qualifications & Skills

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is required and/or 2+ years of related experience working in account/project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or direct marketing agencies is preferred

The successful candidate must be results oriented with excellent written and verbal skills. They must be very organized and able to work under pressure with good attention to detail.

Location: Remote 

Pay Range expected for the position: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.
