Position Description:

The Creative Director will serve as a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for defining and elevating Revive’s brand during a high-growth phase. This role combines creative vision with direct execution, ensuring high-impact, enterprise-ready output while building scalable systems that drive brand consistency, market credibility, and revenue growth.


Duties:

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve Revive’s brand strategy and visual identity to reflect a sophisticated, growth-stage organization.
  • Establish and enforce clear creative standards across all channels and materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and differentiation across digital, print, sales, and executive communications.

Hands-On Design & Production Execution

  • Personally produce high-impact creative assets including integrated campaign materials, sales enablement collateral, executive presentations, digital advertising creative, and strategic brand initiatives.
  • Serve as the quality control lead and creative authority for all output.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling, performance-driven creative.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the internal design team, providing direction, feedback, and performance management.
  • Elevate the team’s creative standards, efficiency, and overall capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership with Growth & Sales

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing to develop conversion-focused creative that drives engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Support Sales with enterprise-ready materials that enhance credibility and improve close rates.
  • Align creative strategy with measurable business outcomes while maintaining brand integrity.

Creative Operations & Scalability

  • Build scalable creative workflows, asset management systems, and production processes.
  • Standardize templates, brand governance, and  approval structures to support rapid growth.
  • Balance speed and quality to meet the demands of a high-growth organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, including at least 2–3 years leading creative initiatives or managing designers.
  • Proven experience elevating brand sophistication within a growth-stage or scaling organization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic brand development and high-quality hands-on execution across digital, print, and sales enablement materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a player–coach, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct production work.
  • Experience collaborating with Growth Marketing and Sales to produce performance-driven creative.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and modern digital design tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
  • Strong executive-level presentation design skills, including investor-facing materials.
  • Experience implementing creative standards, workflows, and scalable processes.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Preferred

  • Experience within a PE-backed, healthcare, or B2B services organization.
  • Demonstrated success building or materially transforming a brand during rapid company growth.
Salary Description
$120,000-$140,000
