Requirements:

  • Execute high-volume daily outbound dialing using Apollo call-first sequences and complete all assigned call steps
  • Accurately disposition every call attempt in Apollo (connects, voicemails, no answers, objections) and maintain clean lead statuses for reporting
  • Conduct brief qualification conversations to confirm fit and next steps, and schedule qualified meetings for Direct Sellers with clear follow-up notes
  • Review call recordings and performance metrics to improve quality, and collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership on messaging and trends

 What’s unique about this role?

This Inside Sales Representative role is a dial‑first, outbound prospecting position focused on high‑volume phone activity executed through Apollo call‑based sequences. Unlike traditional inside sales or account executive roles, this position is not responsible for closing deals. Success is driven by disciplined daily outbound calling, accurate call dispositioning, and consistently setting qualified meetings for Direct Sellers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, phone‑first environment and are motivated by measurable activity and outcomes


What will this person do?

    • Execute high volume daily outbound dialing using Apollo call first sequences
    • Complete all assigned call steps within active Apollo sequences each day
    • Follow approved talk tracks while adapting messaging based on live prospect responses
    • Accurately disposition every call attempt in Apollo (connects, voicemails, no answers, objections)
    • Maintain clean lead statuses and activity hygiene to ensure accurate reporting
    • Conduct brief qualification conversations to confirm fit, interest, and next steps
    • Overcome initial objections to secure meetings for Direct Sellers
    • Schedule qualified meetings or pass opportunities according to established handoff procedures
    • Provide clear, concise call notes and context to sellers for effective follow up
    • Review call recordings and performance metrics to improve call quality and effectiveness
    • Incorporate coaching feedback related to talk tracks, objection handling, and call execution
    • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and objection trends

    • Demonstrated self-motivation and consistent activity levels
    • Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft) a plus but not required
    • Prior experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or call heavy roles preferred
    • Prior closing or quota carrying experience not required

Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
    • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
    • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 This role will be eligible for variable compensation.
