GoHighLevel Platform Specialist

This is a remote position.

A growing digital strategy consultancy is seeking an experienced remote working CRM Platform Specialist , on a project basis, estimate 10 hours a week with strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel platform to support backend platform management and implementation.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled virtual assistant who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring digital strategies to life through system setup, automation, and platform optimisation. The role will support strategy services by ensuring the smooth implementation, management, and ongoing maintenance of key platform elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage platform builds within GoHighLevel 
  
• Configure automations, funnels, workflows, and integrations
  
• Manage backend platform settings and user management
  
• Support the creation and organisation of community platforms and digital programs
  
• Assist with CRM setup, tagging, and database organisation
  
• Ensure platform functionality aligns with strategic marketing objectives
  
• Troubleshoot technical platform issues and recommend improvements
  
• Maintain accurate system documentation and processes
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel platform
  
• Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Platform Manager, or Digital Operations role
  
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, and automation workflows
  
• Experience supporting digital marketing or online education platforms advantageous
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
