Job Description

Job Summary

The Internal Auction Coordinator is an entry level role into Asset Remarketing. This role shall be responsible for, but not limited to, assigning vehicles to auction, responding timely to department emails, and providing administrative support to the department.


Job Duties

  • Monitor Asset Remarketing Mailbox, this includes responding and resolving all incoming requests, including communicating with required parties within Asset Remarketing and/or other departments.

  • Assign vehicles to auction, as needed.

  • Follow-up with vendors on outstanding transport requests, as needed.

  • Request titles and distribute with applicable documentation to auctions and/or title vendors.

  • Maintain open communication between auction, vendors, and internal staff to create efficiency and minimize loss to the company.

  • Ensures compliance with Exeter's policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months Asset Remarketing experience preferred

  • 6 months administrative support experience preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of AutoIMS
