Roles & Responsibilities

Professional or university degree from a recognized institution (professional institute or university).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telephonic customer contact, preferably in similar industries.
Availability to work onsite at the Mendoza branch.

Requirements:

Proactively manage a portfolio of up to 1,500 accounts in the assigned territory, primarily using the phone.
Maintain accurate information regarding accounts, contacts, and equipment to enable targeted sales and promotions and accurate territory planning.
Represent Finning to customers and promote all Finning solutions: parts, service, support contracts, and capturing equipment sales opportunities.
Identify, qualify and develop opportunities for parts and services; determine client needs and potential and define solutions to meet those needs, capturing business potential for Finning.

Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, se encuentra en búsqueda del mejor talento para ejecutar el rol de Vendedor/a Virtual, para trabajar en sucursal de Mendoza

Principales funciones del puesto:

Administrar proactivamente una cartera de hasta 1.500 cuentas del territorio que se le asigna, usando para ello principalmente el teléfono.
Mantener información precisa relativa a su cuenta, contactos y equipos. De esta forma, podemos seleccionar cuentas específicas para ventas y promociones, y proyectar objetivos precisos para las cuentas y el territorio asignado.
Representar a Finning con su cliente y promover todos los aspectos del mundo de soluciones disponibles en Finning: vender repuestos, servicio, contratos de soporte y captar oportunidades de venta de equipos.
Identificar, calificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocios para repuestos y servicios.
Determinar las necesidades específicas y potencial de su cliente, y debe definir las soluciones que satisfacen las necesidades de su cliente, así como llevar a cabo acciones que capturen el potencial de negocios que presenta su cliente para Finning.
Es responsable de mantenerlos con la información actualizada correspondiente. Los principales sistemas son DBS/DBSi, Escritorio del Vendedor (CRM), SIS, PartStore, SOS online, PTOS.

Requisitos:

Título profesional o universitario, de instituto profesional o universidad de prestigio
Nivel medio-avanzado en MS office.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en contactos con clientes vía telefónica, en lo posible en industrias similares.
Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en sucursal de Mendoza.
