You are the engine of our social media execution, responsible for managing the day-to-day life of our clients' social channels. The core of this position is to masterfully manage content calendars and deliver actionable insights based on performance data. You will be a social platform expert who collaborates closely with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring flawless execution and supporting live events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Calendar Management: Own the end-to-end management of monthly content calendars, including planning, scheduling, and publishing all content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

  • Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Proactively monitor and analyze social media performance. Go beyond basic reporting; prepare and deliver in-depth reports (e.g., monthly) that track KPIs, translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Social Monitoring & Trends: Act as the team's "ear to the ground." Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, providing data-backed insights and proactive recommendations to the strategy and creative teams.
  • Live Event Coverage: Support live social media coverage for client events (a few times per year). This includes on-ground content capturing (photo/video), real-time content curation, and live posting to engage audiences. |

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing stressful projects, high-volume social content projects, and tight deadlines effectively.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a passion for understanding why content performs and how to improve it.
  • Strong, proven experience in social media reporting and in-depth analysis, with a demonstrated ability to go beyond surface-level metrics to pull actionable insights from performance data.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in managing, planning, and publishing content calendars for multiple brands.
  • A strong, expert-level understanding of all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and their content best practices.
  • A strong creative sense; proven experience in brainstorming and collaborating with creative and strategy teams.
  • Experience with live event social media coverage, including mobile content capture (photo/video) and real-time posting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
