About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Payments Officer to join our growing global team. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, have great time management skills and impeccable attention to detail. You will be working with our Payments and Accounts management team to assist in daily payment processing and accounts reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

Daily banking reconciliation
Daily debiting and crediting of required accounts

Compile reports for the Head of Payments as required

Ensure accurate record of fund movements.

Collaboration with other departments on fund-related enquiry

Previous Experience:

Experience in a payments/accounting role (highly desired but not required)

Previous experience using database queries (highly desired but not required)

Worked in a global team environment

Payment reconciliation

Generating account reports

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills (G Suite, Excel, Online accounting platforms)

Have a basic understanding of SQL query

Good mathematical skills

Ability to work from home

Impeccable attention to detail

Accountable and takes ownership of role

Good interpersonal skills

Good problem solver

Great time management skills

Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
