We are currently searching for a AS400 Developer Sr:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core business applications on the IBM AS400 (iSeries) platform.
• Provide production support and system enhancements within high-scale enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using analytical problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite business teams and offshore development groups.
• Utilize IBM i tools (PDM, SEU, SDA, RLU) to manage and refine code and displays.
• Support logistics and transportation modules, ensuring system reliability for global operations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically with IBM AS400.
• Expertise in RPG, RPGLE, ILE RPG, and CL / CLLE.
• Strong command of DB2/400 SQL for database management and querying.
• Proven experience in development and production support for large-scale enterprises.
• Proficiency with green screen environments and traditional development tools (PDM, SEU, SDA, RLU).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.

Desired:

• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and general logistics processes.
• Knowledge of i2 Transportation Management modules (Planning, Execution, and Visibility).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
