Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; experience working in international and diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with job boards and professional networking sites for sourcing; self-driven and results-oriented.

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand position requirements.
  • Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal databases, and professional networks) and use advanced methods (Boolean search, social media) to engage passive candidates.
  • Efficiently manage and schedule interviews; develop and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.
  • Build candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies and participate in Zühlke's international Talent Acquisition community to shape sourcing.

You’ll join a passionate and collaborative EMEA team, partnering closely with recruiters and key stakeholders to make a real impact and drive hiring success across the region. In this role, you’ll take an active part in shaping the future of hiring at Zühlke by identifying and engaging top talent through creativity, innovation, and a passion for people. Your ideas and initiative will help us find the right minds to drive innovation forward. 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand position requirements. 

  • Utilize online channels, including job boards, internal databases, and professional networks, to source candidates. 

  • Use advanced sourcing methods: from Boolean search to social media and beyond, to engage and inspire passive candidates to join our journey. 

  • Efficiently manage and schedule interviews with candidates. 

  • Develop and nurture candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process. 

  • Build candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies. 

  • Actively participate in our international Talent Acquisition and Sourcing community, shaping the future of sourcing at Zühlke. 

  • Know how to prioritize effectively and manage your time when working on multiple open positions at once. 

What is important to us 

  • You bring 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally gained as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Sociology, Psychology, or related field. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 

  • Passion for working in an international environment within a diverse team. 

  • Proficiency in utilizing job boards and professional social networking sites for sourcing. 

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and confident. 

  • Resilient with the ability to thrive in stressful situations. 

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and share knowledge 

  • Outgoing, open-minded, enthusiastic, and flexible team player.
