Job description

Job Description:

Hybrid | Full-time | Melbourne

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner to deliver exceptional, end‑to‑end recruitment support across a diverse, high‑volume portfolio. Working in a hybrid model, you’ll split your time between home, the office, and on‑site with our frontline teams – building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and your stakeholders alike.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, you’ll partner closely with your dedicated Talent Support colleague to run project‑based and campaign‑style recruitment. If you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and enjoy shaping recruitment outcomes that genuinely make a difference, this role will suit you well.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong personal work ethic and a track record of achievements in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office (including Excel), Teams, and recruitment systems
  • Experience in an internal, high‑volume TA or recruitment role within a large, multisite organisation
  • Healthcare recruitment experience (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated capability across the full recruitment lifecycle – including job ad creation, sourcing (active and passive), SEEK Talent Search, headhunting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, hiring recommendations, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Prior experience managing visas, sponsorship processes, and compliance requirements (highly regarded)
  • Experience planning and delivering assessment centres and bulk recruitment days
  • Strong attention to detail and a compliance‑focused mindset

What’s in it for you

  • Competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990 per year, plus novated leasing and an optional Meals & Entertainment card up to $2,650
  • Flexible working arrangements, including work‑from‑home options, supporting genuine work–life balance
  • The opportunity to contribute to a progressive, rapidly growing organisation with a meaningful mission
  • A friendly, supportive team of like‑minded colleagues
  • Employee Assistance Program access for you and your family
  • Access to the Fitness Passport

If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality recruitment experiences and want to contribute to a purpose‑driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your current CV along with a cover letter.

We will be assessing applications as they are received and may close the advert earlier than the listed closing date.
