SUMMARY
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute project plans and manage related business operations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to coordinating project activities, providing client support, preparing meeting agendas, developing client presentations, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
As the Project Manager, you will offer direction and guidance to internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You’ll be the go-to resource during active strike events, providing critical support when needed. This position requires significant travel to support strike operations, ensuring that all activities are efficiently managed on-site and that project goals are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and track daily project progress, providing detailed updates through tools like Smartsheet and Teams.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of the client grid across various platforms, including Bullhorn, Power BI, and Quickbase.
- Organize and facilitate both internal and external meetings, documenting summaries, agreements, and action items.
- Be camera-ready and professional during virtual client meetings, and comfortable leading calls, sharing screens, and facilitating discussions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, the Operations Supervisor, and VP of Operations to ensure project milestones and tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the offshore team for job creation and updates, leading training calls and conducting follow-up audits.
- Work closely with external clients, as well as internal recruitment, credentialing, logistics, and transportation teams, to support decisions and ensure team responsibilities are met.
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements to enhance systems and operations, resolving pain points or increasing efficiency.
- Maintain clear and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational documents for reference.
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time to meet performance goals.

- Ability to confidently present to diverse audiences in virtual settings, both on camera and through screen sharing, while adapting communication style to effectively engage internal teams and external stakeholders

- Able to exercise tact, discretion, and independent judgment when analyzing and resolving work-related challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care and protect company information from unauthorized disclosure.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, working seamlessly with colleagues from various departments to achieve shared goals, ensure alignment, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Solid technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Smartsheet. Quick to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, although relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in healthcare or staffing environments is preferred.
- Experience in project coordination or management is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI, DocuSign, QuickBase, Smartsheets, Bullhorn, SharePoint, and Teams, and their functionalities is a plus.

- Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range
$22.12 - $27.12
